NATOMAS TEACHERS ASSOCIATION BARGAINING UPDATE July 17, 2018
Colleagues,
After seven negotiations sessions, impasse, mediation, fact finding, and post fact finding mediation, receiving the fact finder’s report, and post fact finding negotiations, your professional association reached a tentative agreement (TA) for the 2018-19 work year.
Attached is the fact finder’s report. It was utilized as a basis for settlement. Subsequent to the Parties receiving the report, negotiations reconvened on Monday, July 16th and Tuesday, July 17th. The TA reached is reflective of the report and priorities expressed by you. Please see the attached TA and MOU on report card committee.
